In addition to conduction Phase II-IV CNS clinical trials, Community Clinical Research has completed successfully a number of Phase I safety trials as well as assisting in protocol development for a variety of companies.
We conduct these studies at our new (as of November 2006) facility at 8334 Cross Park Drive. The facility is located within 5 miles of a general hospital, staffed 24 hours with RNs, LVNs, Psych Techs, Lab Techs, and an activities therapist, all of whom work as a team with our study coordinators in order to provide the precision required by Phase I trials. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) trained staff are always on duty.
In addition, the unit is equipped with a -70 degree scientific freezer, tabletop and refrigerated centrifuges, EKG equipment, and a designated office for sponsor and CRO monitoring/ auditing. The site has a full crash cart and defibrillator. Phlebotomists and study coordinators have completed FAA required hazardous material training.
