I have worked in the mental health field for 16 years. During my 8 years of employment at a local psychiatric hospital, I worked with both adolescents and adults. I conducted staff training sessions in “Management of Aggressive Behavior”.

I have been with Community Clinical Research since 1999 where I was hired as Office Manager for Dr. Brown’s private practice. My responsibilities quickly expanded after I accepted the position of supervisory manager at Community Clinical Research. I oversee the flow of information and manage the day-to-day business of Community Clinical Research.

In 2006 Dr. David Brown, Dr. Kris Brown, and I worked with an architectural firm to design a building that allowed us to expand our inpatient and our outpatient services. During this process I worked with the General Contractor in managing the construction and completion of our new facility.
